Rawkin’ the 2023-24 Year with UNCG

Posted on August 14, 2023

Students enjoy water activities at UNCG's Piney Lake.
As part of Rawkin' Welcome Weeks, the Watermelon Welcome Back is a chance for students to enjoy some activities as well as leisure time at UNCG's Piney Lake. Activities included a watermelon scavenger hunt, a tie-dye station, lawn games, corn hole, a water obstacle course, and a slip-n-slide.

Welcome back, Spartans, to the 2023 –2024 school year! UNC Greensboro is here to show you the support and excitement that you need during your first few weeks at UNCG. Along with attending classes, UNCG takes the first few weeks to make sure you’re having fun integrating and getting to know all about the campus community. Spartans can join the excitement of the new semester on social media. Share your photos from Rawkin’ Welcome Weeks events by using the hashtags #Back2UNCG and #UNCGRWW on Twitter and Instagram.
