Getting your UNC Greensboro news just got better!

Welcome to the new UNCG News site. The responsive website is for both internal and external audiences, providing a single place where the outstanding impact of UNCG can be shared. Accessible on a phone, tablet, computer, or via the UNCG Mobile app, UNCG News provides information you need to know about our students, faculty, staff, alumni, and more.

The site provides:

  • A glimpse into the beauty of campus with large photos and video
  • An event calendar that showcases what is happening on campus
  • Stories about research, academics, the arts, service, the student experience, and more
  • Accomplishments of our faculty and staff, highlighted throughout the site and on the Faculty and Staff page
  • News about Spartans in the media and on social media channels
  • The latest awards and accolades bestowed upon the University and its programs

If you have a story idea, submit it using the online form located at the bottom of the home page. If you have a campus event to share, make sure you invite the public calendar as that’s where many event listings originate.

And, if you’re a faculty or staff member, remember to check your email each Wednesday for Campus Weekly. The e-newsletter that you know and love will continue, arriving to your inbox each week.

Check back often and bookmark news.uncg.edu for the latest UNCG news.
