Nostalgia: The Rich Colors, Traditions, and Culture of Ghana

Artist Belinda Hodasi Jones shares her vibrant paintings of the cultural traditions of Ghana.
“Mrs. Belinda Hodasi Jones presents vibrant narratives of Ghanaian cultural traditions, from rites of passage to royal processions. Her depictions honor the dignified and joyful movement of culture through naming, art and dance, and celebrations of community. A must-see!” –Noelle Morrissette, Director, AADS, co-exhibit curator

The exhibit is open the entire month of February (1-29).
A gala event opening takes place on Thursday, Feb. 1, 5-7pm
