Yonghong Liu
Biography
Yonghong (Tracy) Liu is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She received her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Miami. Her research interests include leadership, team management, and corporate social responsibility. She is the recipient of Junior Research Excellence Award and Margaret Hill Dean’s Notable Scholar Award at the Bryan School. Her research has been published in premium journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business Ethics, The Leadership Quarterly, and Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology. She teaches organizational behavior and leadership at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
