Biography
Clifton Johnson is the Assistant Dean of the College of Visual and Performing Arts (CVPA) at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG).
As a committed financial and business management professional, Clifton brings a diverse background in accounting, budgeting, financial management, and operational oversight across various sectors, including higher education, entertainment management, corporate retail finance, and financial news and information.
In his role at CVPA, Clifton is responsible for managing the financial and operational aspects of the College, supporting its four schools—Art, Dance, Music, and Theatre. Throughout his career, he has consistently focused on process improvement and strategic financial planning, ensuring the operational success and financial health of the College of Visual and Performing Arts at UNCG.
