Dr. Nancy N. Vacc, professor emerita and tremendous friend to UNC Greensboro, has passed away. In addition to her service on the School of Education faculty, she had a long history of supporting UNCG through transformative gifts that elevated our University.

UNC Greensboro has once again received the Carnegie Community Engagement Classification. The elective designation from the American Council on Education (ACE) and the Carnegie Foundation indicates institutional commitment to community engagement and is currently held by 368 campuses.
