Skilled in Immunology and Molecular Biology. Have 8 years research experience in inflammation biology of pulmonary model and Liver Disease. At present working as Post Doctoral Research Fellow at Translational and Biomedical Research Center, University of North Carolina, USA
• Development of single domain antibody
• Cloning and express recombinant protein
• Establish allergen induce asthma in Balb/c and C57BL/J mice model.
• Immunology assay
• Proteomics (2-D gel electrophoresis, western blot, Bioinformatics analysis of proteomic results)
